While there are already several industry focused recruitment companies in Japan, it had always occurred to me that there were no Chemical Industry focused recruitment companies as of yet. The Japanese recruitment market is globally unique and the Chemical recruitment market within that is niche and nuanced. I am passionate about helping companies and individuals to navigate these complexities and I have always thoroughly enjoyed recruiting in this industry.
